i think one of them is that u don't go to trial twice for the same crime because you were already not guilty and they are just gonna try to put you in jail for a crime you didn't do.

another right is to have hand guns on you.i think that you should carry a gun for protection and to save your or someone elses life.it is good but not to shoot people for fun.

a right i think is important is to not use cruel or unusual punishment.its true that they may of screwed up but its something small now if u break a big time law then it should be able to do that.
